Telehealth counseling for adults in Oregon

It may not feel like it right now, but you have everything you need within yourself to not only survive the pain you currently feel, but also make the changes you most want. You don't have to be stuck in the same patterns forever. Counseling can be a helpful tool to assist and speed the personal growth and transformation you are craving.

As hard as it is to feel our full range of feelings, still more damaging are our attempts not to feel.
— Laura van Dernoot Lipsky in her fantastic book “Trauma Stewardship”

Learn to be gentle with yourself

I work with neurodiverse and highly sensitive adults at all life stages. I have an anti-pathologizing and neurodivergent affirming approach which works well for people wanting to:

  • improve self-esteem

  • shift away from “people pleasing”

  • navigate the twists and turns in life

  • understand anxiety

  • process burnout

  • be more present

  • develop resiliency

I whole-heartedly welcome clients who are transgender and non-binary.

What to expect

In a counseling session with me, you can expect that I will listen deeply, help you remember your own inherent self-worth, and teach you skills for navigating your life in a more authentic way. My style is primarily about building a trusting relationship with one another which will over time extend into you trusting yourself more, having more zest for life, and fostering stronger, healthier relationships. As appropriate, I offer prompts and coaching for being more in tune with your present moment somatic experience.

I only see counseling clients virtually using a secure online platform.
